Be a responsible citizen than being so called "Virtually Social"

Being social was never so easy. It is very easy to create a Facebook account, add friends, post comments/likes, post status messages to push forward your feelings in front of your social circle. Our generation is so much addicted and fashioned by so called "Social-Networks".

But are we grown up to understand the meaning of being virtually Social over the web?
For every current hot topic, right from start of political scams by our dear Neta's, Sunny Leone in bollywood, Bomb blast in the country, Cricket , Rape's in NCR , more than 70% of people (in FB) express their feelings, anguish, emotions in form of sharing pages, posting statuses, comments etc in social media.

Whatever happens be it scam or terror attack, people like me start sharing it, with a big message in Caption abusing the blood sucking politicians. It was 1st August 2012 when minor blasts happened in Pune (http://ibnlive.in.com/news/three-minor-blasts-in-pune-one-injured/277267-3-237.html) and I posted the above link with caption -
"India seriously needs a Dictator and that too only Narendra Modi.... These bastards will invest crores in security of Mr. Kasab, will do unlimited scams and can't save ass of their so called Own country..."

We Indian are actually Ephemerally emotional:
- Who feel irritated by government for wasting crores on the security of Kasab who made so many families lose their blood in 26/11 terrorist attacks
- Who get hurt by Sir Sachin Tendular's retirement from ODI.
- Who feel anguish by getting to know about numbers of innocents girl getting raped by monsters.
- Who feel restless on no action taken by our Prestigious government for continuous bullet firing by pakistan , and regular incursion on our Mother India by China
- Who feel frustrated , get aggressive, anguished by the scams/scandals of crores of crores by this fucking, idiot, brainless, irresponsible politicians who are selling their sisters, daughters, mothers for money.

and then a day after or two , we forget it.

Coming to the ground reality, we actually have lost the direction. Instead of being responsible we are becoming manipulative and artificial who cook/copy good statuses to be liked by all the friends. We can feel the pain for a while and then forget it after sometime.

For the worldwide famous Gang-rape case that happened in NCR which lead to death of  Late Nirbhaya, people were really angry and frustrated for obvious reasons but then people posted statuses/comments like
- as you sent late Nirbhaya to Singapore for treatment, send rapists to Saudi Arabia for justice.
- few of them wrote to boycott Republic Day.
- few of them ask to like posts on Late Nirbaya for peace to her soul.

WTF!!! Are We guys sensible enough ?

Do you think posting a comment will change the thinking, the way of working (ooopsss busy doing scams, no work for country) of Government that is totally numb to feel the pain of a common man?

To remind you all this is the same government who did and have been doing crores and crores of scams which cannot be listed in a single page or blog.

But then what, why we guys expect government to stop doing corruption, to bring out norms, rules regulations which will help poorer to become less poor, middle class to become upper middle class? Though only richer are getting more richer.

Why we expect government to think about common man and bring optimal increase in the rates of petrol, cooking gas and other commodities?

Why we expect government to take care of an innocent girl travelling alone late night to be safe?

These bastards will not understand the feeling of a daughter being raped till death monsterously unless their own daughter is being raped publicly. For the daughter being raped of a common man, they can simply say a word "Theek hai", we will do something. And what did they do, shifted the victim politically to a different country for treatment so that they can bring down the aggressiveness of protest by the public against it.

And we all expect the government to change, By just posting a post/comment?

It is WE who have elected the government, sorry not we, at-least not I elected the government because majority of youths of my age do not have Voter-ID and those who have, never cared to vote to get the right government.

Now a very genuine question arise i.e. everyone is corrupt then whom to support?

First thing here would be to get the voter id at-least and to vote for the less corrupt government among all. Most of youths among all of us curse the Congress government for all kinds of scams, hikes in petrol rate, cooking gas, no insight for common man. But then we neither hold voter id and a very few among those who have it vote.

Majority of votes are coming from rural population where people hardly care for who is going to facilitate the country or suck the blood of the country. They are simply concerned about alcohol, money and rations which they get from political parties before election. Neither do learned and educated people who can bring in the right government, do care to get the right choice, reasons already stated above. This is one of the reason government never wants poorer to become less poor as they have their vote bank in them.

The current situation India is in, Government will literally sell Our mother India who already started selling their sisters, daughters and mothers for the sake a paper called "Money".

India literally needs a Hitler who can shut all the terrorist activities in the country by firing the ass of terrorist countries like Pakistan, who can show power and scare the countries like China to think twice before trying to invade and acquire part of our precious mother India. But our current ruling government is so busy scamming that they hardly think of all national issues. Many of you might be aware of that china has already occupied precious part and government is busy scamming.

Don't you think country needs a leader like Mr. Narendra Modi, who actually do what he projects and the growth rate and development in Gujarat itself speaks of it. Current leaders are just the PUPPETS and are ruled by Italian women. India's current situation demands a highly Aggressive Leader and not the puppet (#Pappu).

The government literally tries to find out ways to make more money and that is all for them. If some incident happen, they will simply announce some benefit package without doing any analysis of why it happened, how it affects the common man, the society, what can be done to stop it?

Equation is very simple for the government, for everything that happens they can politically control as its their government and NOT People's government who elected them. On top of that, they have enough of money to make every situation favorable to them like buying the media itself to project biased news or statement goverment's favour.

The problem is WE and solution is also WE.

The day we stop Cribbing and transform our anguish, frustration into action, that day we will find solution. Kindly note I am not talking about me myself or an individual, instead I am talking about WE.

Few lines straight from the heart :

We are the people,
we crib we cry but we never give a try

We talk on facebook so high,
But do we ever give a try???

We are the people,
we crib we cry but we never give a try

Fight for yourself, Vote for yourself
before these Politicians Sell your Mother India on the fly.

Be the people who take action,
Be the Human

Stop cribbing, Stop Crying,
Do the Change, Bring the change.

P.S.

-Get your voter ids
-Do  vote
-Vote for the Leader who can lead our Country.

STOP CRIBBING,
DO THE CHANGE,
BE THE CHANGE.

IT Sucks : a hard-coded perception or reality.

Listening to the word "IT" , first thing that clicks amongst most of mind's is :"IT Sucks". Have you ever thought what makes you feel that "IT" is the worst of the jobs available in the Corporate Industry ?

Outsourcing is something that has made India, a country full of job opportunities with IT, BPO, KPO jobs. There are approx 3500 engineering colleges in India, offering 14.85 lakhs seats (Capacity) with varieties of streams Mechanical, Civil, Computer, Chemical, Electrical, Biotechnology, Aeronautical engineering , Industrial, Instrumentation, Marine, etc. These engg colleges make 15 lakhs engineers annually and approximately 60-70% of engineering graduates irrespective of the stream they come from, join IT. Now the question here is that despite the colleges offering so many job why 70% join IT ???

One obvious reason is that the number of jobs IT offers is more than any other sector. Other than this , it is quite easy to get into IT industry compared to other sectors. In bangalore the situation is like if you throw a stone in a crowd, 99% chances are that it will hit a software engineer :). These days getting a job in government sector is like owning The Kohinoor(the largest diamond ever known with un-estimated cost and is the purest form of diamond in the whole world). Lakhs of people write exams for vacancy of a few seats in public sector. Taking an example of banking, around 4 lakhs people wrote IBPS clerk exam for hardly 100 seats.

A man always likes someone else's wife, or a hindi proverb sets perfect here i.e. Ghar ki Murgi daal barabar. Generally people can see only the greenery of the other side. Its really very hard to fit in someone's else shoes and even if you try to , the knots are not tied the way it is tied for the person facing in-front.

Many of my friends are working in core industries and we end up discussing about professional/job life manier times. Engineers working in IT find Core/Non IT Engineers job to be better while Core engineers find an IT professional's job to be perfect. A Core engineers(for eg civil/mechanical) job demand him to sweat, respire dusts, all day standing in field with low salaries. On top of that, they are forced to miss the glamour of life(as they say :)) by getting settled in small tier 3 cities as most of the core industries are located small cities with offices in remote areas, where he/she cannot find sources of entertainment or proper living situation.

Where as an IT professional job demands him to work comfortably with his bum sticked to a well cushioned chair, eyes fixed on a 17 inch screen and breathing an artificial air from air conditioner. After 5 day(Mon-Fri) of similar routine(Home->Office and Office->Home) fun starts for ITans. Friday comes and you can see and feel the kinda joy/happiness that comes on the face. Most of us celebrate these 2 days, watching movies, boozing at pubs, shopping or bird watching in malls/streets, or some trips to nearby tourist spot. Oops I was talking about bachelors , married couples spend 1 day with similar activities and 1 day doing grocery shopping ;) (can see long long queues in big-bazaar/more/reliance). Where as Non-IT guys get only 1 day in name of weekend where they end up doing some pending task with less time to enjoy. Can any one of you(IT Professional) even think about one day weekend??? Most of you would have already experienced this feeling when project demanded you to work on weekends. Additional perks include travelling to some parts of globe as on-site opportunities.

What remains in common is the desire for personal and professional growth which is reflected by promotions in corporate ladder. Promotion again in all cases is inversally propotional to the amount of regional, geographichal or personal politics in the organization. Now most of readers who are from IT would agree to above point, raising brows to the point that an IT professional works days in/outs , night in/outs, in rotational shifts etc. So dear IT professional your job demands it and companies are paying for the same. Do you know how much Banking professionals are pissed off? they work on an avg 10 hrs per day and during financial closing even they are required to work 18 hrs a day as job demands it. Most of us are not aware of the job responsibilities and requirements of peers in another industry. We just know that bank opens at 9 and closes at 5 or 6, doesn't means that is the working time for employees. After closing of bank employees need to do auditing on daily basis and other processes which we are unaware of.

Plenty of IT professionals quit IT and join B-School thinking that MBA will help them to escape IT and get them into some other vertical. But know what most of them end up in IT again because it is the only sector that gratifies their expectation after putting loads of money(two years salary loss + B-School fees which is avg 10-12 lakhs). A very few students who are initially from IT join other sectors than IT.

Actually equation is very simple guys. A normal human being will be bored if his daily routine becomes monotonous. For eg if your wife cooks the same parantha everyday, wouldn't you be bored? you'll simply say WTF. Anyone will be bored boss eating same bread and butter everyday.

A developer might get frustrated with same kind of work all the time, and the situation and mindset demands change. There are always a variety of options available, if you are bored of programming in java, try sql, try objective c , try android and when bored of development change the job role itself. Remember change is the only permanent (refer http://experiencedtalks.blogspot.in/2010/11/changing-times.html ) thing.Either you change or the monotocity will change and blow your brain out.

If not IT than what are the options :
1.Farming - remember its toughest of all jobs. Numerous farmers commit suicide not for just fun
2.Business - its a viable option but requires much more effort than you are currently giving in IT. Again depends on your thurst for it , whether you want to be one among Tata's, Oberai's, Ambani's or a normal shopkeeper earning two meals bread.
3.Marketing - you better know the number of times you shut the door to marketing guys.
4.Finance - good option for those who have the Finance DNA. Just doing MBA doesn't makes you a finance professional.
5.Doctor - Oh sir you are already doctor of software and you know the pain of it and many more....

It is not that that changing the industry is difficult or bad. There are live examples where IIM A grads have chosen for farming/others than sticking to white collar job. There are entrepreneurs who are successful without any kind of formal education. What you need is the ambition with proper vision and mission. Whether you be in IT,Core,Banking or a business doesn't matters. There are people walking through ladders in all the streams and ascending towards echelon.

Try to love your job rather than cursing it as it surely will effect your work in some way or the other resulting in relatively less hike which again will frustrate you and this not ending cycle will continue. Self possessions are always undermined and other’s possessions seem better. Rather than finding other's wife beautiful work on making your own wife the most beautiful, because changing wife is not a solution you may get bored again ;-)

Core Competency : Need of the hour

What is Core Competency ?

Well I don't know what Oxford , Cambridge or other Corporate defines it as. I'll give a try to present my understanding on it :

What is the first thing that comes to your mind when someone talks about multimedia gadget today, but Obvious Apple right?
Apple went Innovative from its 1st product itself which was Apple-1, an early personal computer. The Apple I's built-in computer terminal circuitry was distinctive. All one needed was a keyboard and an inexpensive television set. Other competing companies like Altair were programmed with front-mounted toggle switches and used indicator lights (red LEDs, most commonly) for output, and had to be extended with separate hardware to allow connection to a computer terminal or a teletypewriter machine, which made them very expensive. This made the Apple I an innovative machine for its day.

Other way around its Sir Sachin who is known as god of cricket and well his core skills need not be elaborated. In desi language I must say for him "Naam hi kaafi hai". I know that it is not easy to come in category of people like Sir Sachin or the category of "Naam hi kaafi hai" people. Everyone has potential enough to enter this category but that initially requires enormous and very high amount of energy which needs continuous continuous continuous hard work, requires one to be very optimistic as well. I know its easy to give Gyaan and you would be thinking the same by now after reaching to this line. But dear friends you all are better aware of such examples and everyone knows well that one needs to walk extra miles in the race of Life to come in category of "Naam hi kaafi hai".

Few other examples include great Mr. N R Narayana Murthy and six of his friends who started Infosys with 10,000 INR. They dared to dream and dared harder to make it come true. Its a simple law of Physics which says that before a vehicle comes in motion its initial friction coefficient is high, but once it starts rolling you make unlimited extra miles till fuel doesn't exhausts and till you have the capability to refuel the vehicle despite the highly rocketing fuel prices.

Now apart from Gyaan coming back to Core competency by some other examples.
>>> Talking about mainframe servers which is the heart of every banking transaction. IBM is the company whose core competency is mainframe servers. Can you imagine they guarantee a downtime of 40 years for mainframe servers?.
Well even God doesn't guarantees the life of a person for a particluar minimum period but IBM gives it for machines. From Bank's business angle, keeping its banking servers up without any hastle is of atmost importance. We face many instances in our daily life when ATM's are out of order, online banking site comes out of order, which irritates you like anything because all this situation comes only when you are in its atmost need. I cannot understand this law of nature or god, but weird and unexpected things happen only when you are in hurry or in some critical condition. Making a point here : In India if it happens it is like chalta hai type attitude but abroad mainly in U.S., U.K. such instances really deplete the Company's Image and customer base as well.

>>> One another example is of Durga Coffee in Kothrud Pune where Cold Coffee is so so so delicious that I cannot pass its aroma and taste in words, can only suggest you to visit once and have it. One ends up drinking multiples glasses of it.

There are "n" no of examples but then writing all them will increase the read time and might bore you.

Last few more lines :

Every person has one or the other core skills which distinguishes him from other individuals. It is hard to recognize once core skills but you get to know about it by one way or other. There are instances which hints you about your skills but we are ignorant enough to recognize it being busy in race of life. A small real example that will tick your mind for such instances : Talking about Aatif Aslam, if you go through his biography he was much more inclined towards cricket and desperate enough to enter into it. While his college days in some function he participated and sang. People appreciated his singing skills ,and then he realized that he is gifted with some skill. Maybe singing is his core skill and not cricket. So he pursued the act of singing, music, and with his hard work today he has a large Fan Base and yeah my favorite singer as well. So discover yourself, and find what is your core. And then the next step that will bring you to a Smooth Kinetic Motion is to break the high initial friction coefficient which can be done by being truly sincere - towards yourself, being passionate - hard enough to achieve you goal, being totally dedicated - so that hurdles don't obstruct you to walk extra miles and last but not the least hard work which is ever required.

Most among us are Mango people (Aam aadmi), but when mango discovers the actual quality of its Pit (Core) and becomes enthusiastic enough to walk extra mile comes in "naam hi Kaafi hai" category. So in short transition from mango people to naam hi kaafi hai people is tough though but not impossible and do remember its only you who gonna enjoy the pulp after transition....

At Last Few Words :

MANZILE UNHI KO MILTI HAI JINKE SAPNO ME JAAN HOTI HAI,
MANZILE UNHI KO MILTI HAI JINKE SAPNO ME JAAN HOTI HAI,
PANKHO SE SIRF KUCH NAI HOTA
HAUSLON SE UDAAN HOTI HAI...

Wish You All Deserving Udaan Of Your Life....

Once Upon a Time in 1st year Hostel of B.I.T....

Today writing this column, I am really feeling Nostalgic for my college days, where we had lot of fun, kaafi friends bane , most of them good of heart. There are endless memorable memories attached with the place specially with hostel which can never be forgotten and will always bring tears on your eyes which will eject out having feeling of both happy moments thinking those moments as kiddish, and Sad because those moments no more exist and no more all friends are together anymore. All are busy in race of life which according to me is Money as no Honey without Money .

Thinking hard from where to start , which particular memory to start from the memory lane . Giving priority to Hanuman Ji Ill start with it. I remember and all you guys must The Pawan Putra Hanuman Temple which itself has endless incidents memories attached to it. Many among us used to have bath in open with tap located just in-front of Temple and enjoy like any anything over there, some used Bhagvaan ji to cross the boundaries of the Jail so called our 1st year Hostel, few others used to sit over there after getting drunk and spend time there and I remember Pareshaan Musrat/Ghosh/ Johny Prasoon making a fuss that they have seen some ghost in white clothes there .

11th August 2004 was the first day of college which unfortunately I cannot attend , nor did joined my actual room of hostel. reason behind I was all down with high fever caused by home sickness. Many people already joined hostel before 11th. The moment I entered my, our , 1st year Hostel what I noticed 1st was that THAKURON ki baithaki thi Aam ped (tree) ke niche and unme se bade thakuron me se the Mr Skand Gupta ji , Ghosh, Kanti and baki chote thakuron ki toli jo waha Non Veg jokes share karke kaafi maje karte the. It was nice time-pass for people like us who weren't scared of studies .

Few days later our new warden joined us who used to give us lecture . The first day lecture was like Mr Virus used to give in The movie 3 Idiots, just a major difference here was that the context was not studies instead was security/rules in/out of hostel. The funny part of 1st day lecture : He told us that "Please do not go in extreme end of Hostel as there can be Snacks (clearly sounded like it) oops snakes at the corners" and we all used to make fun of him ever for it.

Now we started going college, few days passed and then one day Sumit Chaudhry told ki lets go for movie and he was very confident of the way to get out of hostel on name of some excuse. All Pg-2 i.e. Pal Singh,Choubey, rai and Raj Kamal,Ghosh & me went for it. Movie tou dekh aaye but aate aate pange ho gaye :( . Somehow warden caught us and then punished us and the punishment was to run 10 rounds of our hostel ground for everyone. Some tried to fake number of rounds , some ran all 10 and some had to more getting caught for faking the number of rounds. Then after we were coming back Kunal Sir came to meet Ghosh and reason was that 24th August was Kushal's Bday which no one in hostel new and it was just 2 hours more for his Bday to get over.

Hmmm.... Bday se yaad aaya the celebration of Bday of Ashutosh Tiwari, ha ha I can bet no one among you recognized him till now, Are Apna Sabu Bhaion.... So it was the first funniest Bday celebration in 1st year. Everyone running like a stampede with bucket filled with water in someone's hand , and mugs with chilled water from water cooler. And what was the purpose to get everyone wet. I remember more than half of hostel was wet with water that night. And people were even putting all chilled water in your underwear's OMG , everything got frozen . That was the most memorable Bday celebrated in 1st year.

September 2004 was the time for Lord Ganesha Festival. I remember the day when our 3rd year seniors approached us, instructed and detailed all about it. 18th Sep 2004 was the 1st day when Engg. Ganesha, obviously enggs ke saath tou Engg. bhagvaan hi honge na , were to sit in the mess. The actual interaction with seniors started all from here . All spent nights doing preparations like making Jhanda, few practicing for performances in front of Lord Ganesha like dance, singing, non-veg jokes etc and few managed to escape from all these stuffs. Going to Mess for it was all a different fun. We were instructed to be in line one after the other as the boggies of train and all singing various different songs , few of them are "1-2-3-4 Ganesh ji ki Jai Jai kaar" , "1 khachodi 2 Samosa Ganesh Ji pe pura bharosa" and few more. Pandit Ji ki tou baat hi nirali thi, koi bhi mantra kahi bhi jod dete the... But sahi comedian the. In morning time we had to go early morning in Aarti, people making fun of us seeing us alking in queue with all naare's as above. Evening time was time for celebration for seniors , it was scary, fuuny & adventorous for us. We had to make a list of all our batchmates regionwise and also remember all seniors name along with Bible, Quran, Gupta Ji's poem and all. The most famous person of that time in those days became The Singer Sarthak Dwivedi , who sang the from that time's recent movie "Murder" Bhegey honth tere. Saala bhaari demand me tha ye gaana but only sung with THROAT (lol) of sarthak.

Another memorable thing here was the non-veg jokes series by Prashant Pathak Sir, that was just hilarious and other was dance performed by my Darling bro (Bada bhoju), Bassi sir and Mudit sir on song "Jeene ke he char din" in same analogous manner (as Sallu baba) i.e. with towel between the thighs and sliding ahead and back.

Going mess to have food was a story in itself. Hamare guards Patel and Yadav , one among them was always available in hostel. So dinner time pe they used to whistle so that everyone becomes ready and come in-front of gate to form a queue and after everyone joined the queue, we were given instruction to take-off ourselves to the mess where everything except water (which was too good) was messy. Daily ye guards hamari attendance lia karte the in the nights which was their duty to do so. And many times Warden Sir khud hi aa jaate the inspection pe, to see if everything going fine.

Slowly slowly time passed by and semesters came closer. It was 1st experience for everyone, sabki fatti hui ki kya padhe aur kya nai. Koi khud padhta tha, koi padhata tha , koi khud padh ke dusro ko padhne se rokta tha, like Chatur but not by keeping those adult books instead by disturbing , confusing and scaring others. The best part of exams was "POHA & CHAI". Yeah really everyone used to wait for "Chotu" of sunder canteen ( which is canteen I currently) to bring poha and chai. Saala Choni , Sabu, Disco oops Nimil and bahut se log the jo 3-4 plates pohe pel dete the and few used to starve because of them as it used to get out of stock.

Dhire dhire people got to know the way to bypass the Facebook walls ooooops Hostel ki Diwaren and get to station where we used to get awesome poha and Jalebi . And yeah that was "Basant's" shop if you all remember. We used to study a little and kill the time for the clock to tick 3.30 AM, so that we can leave the boundaries and reach Basant's shop to get our Tummies loaded with it all. It was a very adventurous task to be awake all night, then to cross the walls behind room 105 if I remember well, and then reaching till station was challenge in itself. Because patrolling hamesha hi hoti rehti thi and manier times people were caught by police. I do remember Nimil (Disco Tiwari) , Swapnil (Jangli) experienced it. We used to hide behind, whenever saw any patrolling vehicle and then peep and see if they vanished. Other risk was getting held by seniors and uske baad kya hona tha pehle "Rasgulle" milte the seniors se and uske baad free ke pohe and jalebi :-) .

Khana pina bahut hua. Let me talk about weekend fun now. Our weekend started on Saturday noon. Life in 1st year was spent in big big groups unlike later years where groups were sub-divided. It was spent being busy with various things. Best of all was playing cricket or running out of hostel on name of buying books, getting photo's etc though there was no such requirement , only intention was to get out of the 4 walls of the Jail. "Gol guttam lakad battam de danadan" se yaad aaya ki there were no playing tools , na hi balla tha na hi gend. Gend tou co-operative store se kharid li but Balla na mila....

Saale ye engineer har chiz ka jugaad lagane me aage hote hai. Hamare Ghosh babu ne Aam ke dande ka balla banaya and started De dana dan. I remember one of faculty in B section broadcasted this thing in Class that boys hostel ke ladke Aam ke dande se cricket khelte hai. But he dnt knew that it was real fun, after all Bandar kya jaane adhrak ka swad. Baad me logon ko properly all cricket gadgets ke saath cricket khelne ka chaska chada and , humne Chanda jama kia. Saala yaha pe bhi ghotala kia gaya tha. Chandra babu, gupta and kuch aur log gaye the to Aadhe ke gadgets kharide , aadha paise ke saalon ne kha pike aish kar lie.

Another entertaining times, where we immediately pumped in after the worst dinner was The PG1 The T.V. room which served as "Hajmola" , varna aisa ghatia khana kaha pachne wala tha bhaion. Indian Idol ka 1st series usi samay start hua tha and people started getting crazy for it. Daily PG1 used be houseful at 9 pm sharp with eyes of everyone glued to the screen and ears bouncing with voices of upcoming singers. Rest of times people used to sit late switching channels in search of some sexy scenes but hardly could find the one's they were looking for.

Few lol moments are here :

->Kuch log Bewafa movie dekhne gaye after getting drunk and came back before intermission saying that movie ne tou saali puri chadi hui utaar di and went again for drinking. That was hilarious ha ha ha. Aur isme jo involved tha vo saala hamesha pike aata tha and Hamari khata tha ki He owns shoe of Nokia, hum bhi sochte the ki ye bewada fokat pike maje le raha. But the fact was that actually his shoe was titled nokia.

->Once in first year kisi ka panga hua tha kisi auto wale se and more than half of 1st year hostel went out along with senior in search of that auto-wala, badle me kya mila Mr Warden se punishment , sabko Murga banwaya tha saale ne.

->Ek din hua uun ki mess me Bhojan bada hi kharab bana tha, vaise acha tou kabhi hota hi nahi tha but still that day was worst of all. So we guys Seth (Avi Goli) ,Musra,Manish Bhaia,Ghosh,Yugal , Gorla and many more went out in search of Egg Curry but curry ki jagah kuch aur hi mila aur vo worst khana bhi naseeb nai hua , was a bad day but Today thinking about that makes me laugh badly.

->We had The Great Love Guru Lokesh with us from whom we used to take tips ladki patane ki, how to talk with them. Vo kaafi khushi se batata tha ki aaj mene uss-se baat kia, a section D girl and its better not to take her name over here. In conversations me Nimil Disco Tiwari , Devesh Agrawal, Yashraj (Y.K.C) and kaafi log hote the. But use samajhta nai tha ki hum maje le rahe the uske.. ha ha ha lolz....

->Phateek Jain jinke kaan me bol lag gai thi (truth is know to all ki kya lagi thi) and his ear got affected. Saala after few months he was recovered lekin nautanki baaz tha and always pretended that he din't listened properly.

Few moments that cant be forgotten for 1st year was Prakash Chandra (Ghora's) extensive knowledge about railways. He knew which T.T. goes in train from Kashmir till Kanyakumari , Manish Bhaia's underwear incident with Chotelal (Le Lunga urf Ankit Agrawal), escaping hostel from walls near Hanuman Temple which exited towards Azad Hostel, Gummban wale Ghanshyam bhaia who used to provide milk and other eating stuffs in night time and of-course Lassi during summers jise log pike khisak lete the without paying him out, the co-operative store jaha hamara Sabu aur Chabbo hamesha hi baithe hote the and unke saath Manish bhaia PG-17 mu maarte rehte the, Jawaan (PG urf priyank Goyal) use to koi bhool hi nai sakta as vo taraf taraf se dashta tha, bahut leta tha sabki saala.

I know that I will keep writing and my hands will not stop typing & drafting all endless memories. Ill come with another shot of Memories which will include all my fellow mates instances and stories. I started writing this when I was in U.S. , whole day in office there I was just writing, writing, writing and doing no other work and since yesterday night-midnight and today 17th Dec its the same story. Kuch kamino se mene help maangi thi , naming them Manish bhaia, Musraaa and Pendra to help me collect all left memories of people so that I can come again with another post which contained every every fellow mates story. I just don't want to miss anyone because everyone there was and is a part of Life somehow and some ways.

On an Ending Note my Heart my Mind asks a single million dollar question to myself and all :

Can those days be back ? From where will I, we escape the boundaries of hostel , enjoy eating at 3-5 pm in night ? There is no warden to catch us and punish anymore? There are no friends together who used to make your life go in all ways be it pulling your legs, fighting, making you laugh, sharing and enjoying all moments together.....
Answer is no...
Time never gonna be back, only you can cherish those memories in thoughts. These years were years which gave us memories which no one will ever forget for the life-time and will always be engraved deep inside our Hearts....

Changing Times, The Only Permanent Thing .....

It is well known proverb that time and tide waits for none, it just ticks every moment and slips away. But when we were just kids we never knew that changes will be so abrupt. There were time when things were so easily accessible, when even 50 cents oops 50 paise were more then sufficient for our parents to convince us for something they wanted. I remember my childhood when my mother used to give me a "Lalach" of 50 paise and asked me to do some work which I used to do very enthusiastically and happily. But friends now even if you offer a child a Rs 50 note he/she won't have that excitement that energy which even 50 paise used to give us. Days have changed and will be changing as Change is the only thing that is Permanent. There were times when while graduation we used to borrow rupees in range 10-100 from friends, but today we don't think spending Rs 100 for a second even, when we used to get Aaloo paratha in Canteen 2 for just Rs 3 with awesome chatni but even a Rs 90 paratha today doesn't tastes that good, when we used to have Yummy Mango Shake in Raipur Naka which costed just Rs 5 and we used to re-think if we should have one more glass of it for the sake of additional 5 Rs.
Those were the times when we werent earning but were eager for the days when we gonna start earning , but today I realise that those days were much more better than what today is.

Living here far away from parents, from friends, from relatives for earning daily bread and attaining what they call professionalism . But this so called professional service cannot bring those days back, those moments shared with friends back. But friend this is next phase of life, where being involved with your job one should stay connected with your friends, with family, and have fun as much as you can. As when your next phase of life i.e. Married life will start , you will have the same feeling for your current phase of life. Enjoy your bachelor life with all your friends , experience everything that you can in this phase , so that later you don't regret in some phase ahead of your life that you missed this and that.

    A Final Line :

Live every day as if it were your last and then some day you'll be right.
